What are AI client reports?
Narvin groups your monitors under each client, merges the monitoring data with Google Analytics, Search Console or Plausible, and writes a plain-language report: executive summary, what changed, and 3–5 ranked recommendations. Every number the AI cites is traced to a real data point from your account — it cannot invent results.
Will I get false alarms at 3 AM?
Checks run from three regions on three continents, and an incident only opens when a majority agree the site is down. A single flaky network path never pages you.
Which alert channels are supported?
Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp and signed webhooks. Each monitor routes to its own channels with per-channel severity thresholds — so a client's Slack sees their incidents and nothing else.
Can I white-label reports for my agency's clients?
On the Advanced and Agency plans, client reports carry your logo, your brand color and your sender name — and the "Powered by Narvin" footer can be switched off.
What can Narvin monitor?
HTTP uptime and response time, SSL certificates and expiry, domain registration expiry, DNS changes, security headers, compression, Core Web Vitals via Lighthouse, and cron jobs or backups via heartbeat monitors.
What happens when I outgrow a plan?
Upgrade in place.
